JSC microfinance organization “Georgian Capital” was established on May 22, 2009. and by the order of the National Bank of Georgia dated May 28, 2009. (registration number 320509) was granted the status of a microfinance company and an activity permit was issued. The organization started its actual activities on July 6, 2009 in Tbilisi, Marjanishvili St. On the 29th, it opened its first branch. First of all, the organization offered the customer two types of credit products – “Pawnshop” and “Consumer”. Taking into account the development of the market and the demand of the customers, the selection of products will soon be expanded and “Mortgage” and “Business Loan” will be added. Today, we offer our customers 3 types of products in the national currency, GEL, which are focused on customer requirements.

The main principle of the company’s work was and is “guarantee, stability and reliability”. This becomes a prerequisite for the growth and development of the company. Since January 2015, it has changed its place of business and moved to a new modern office in the city center at Rustaveli Avenue No. 37. And in December 2015, a new, high-level and standard comfortable branch was opened in Gldani.

Our main direction is lending to individuals and legal entities and providing small and medium-sized businesses with credit resources. In all our branches, clients are served by highly qualified and professional specialists, flexible conditions and a comfortable environment await them.

In the first half of 2023, a decision was made to reorganize the company, including closing the Gldani branch, reducing staff and closing positions. Today, “Georgian Capital” operates in one office at Rustaveli #37.
